She began her career in finance, serving as a financial controller for publicly traded companies, where she developed a strong foundation in financial management and corporate strategy.
Silvia then transitioned into the role of Area Manager, overseeing operations across multiple regions and further expanding her expertise in market dynamics and business development.

His expertise spans the full spectrum of economic assessments, from rural and agricultural development to food security and climate change initiatives.
At Arkha Development, he leverages his extensive background to facilitate international trade, with a particular focus on the global cocoa industry, where his analytical insights and strategic foresight contribute to enhancing sustainability and quality in the commodities market.
